Management of Ajax Amsterdam has been approached to transfer goalkeeper Dennis Gentenaar VVV Venlo.
Departure of Maarten Stekelenburg Ajax to Roma forced into the transfer market to search for a new goalkeeper. Previously, Ajax goalkeeper targeted Jasper NEC Nijmegen Cillessen to fill the position left by Stekelenburg.
However, an offer of € 1.7 million was rejected management of NEC. Ajax then stop the hunting of Cillessen, and switching targets to Gentenaar. Coach Frank de Boer rate 35-year-old goalkeeper has been good enough to be a Vermeer coatings.
