Andrey Arshavin "losing Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri to Barcelona and Manchester City is a disaster for Arsenal"

Andrey Arshavin assess Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri at Arsenal will not be replaced. Andrey Arshavin admitted losing Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri to Barcelona and Manchester City is a disaster for Arsenal.

The Russian players are impressed with the transfers Arsene Wenger ahead of the closing of the transfer market but he insists the two players will not be replaced at the Emirates.

"Currently, the loss of Fabregas and Nasri is a disaster," said Arshavin told Sport-Express.

"Looking at the match against Udinese, Nicklas Bendtner told me that now we do not have players who are comfortable giving feedback to Robin van Persie or we do not have players who can maximize the ability of striker-striker."

"He smiled and replied, 'Yes, the only player who can replace Xavi Cesc is'."

"I am very pleased to be a club with Fabregas, he is a true footballer."

"When people say nothing is irreplaceable, I disagree. With Mikel Arteta or whoever replaces players leave, we'll play with different styles, not like when we play with Cesc and Nasri."
