Wesley Sneijder "Mourinho called me and he asked me to stay"

Wesley Sneijder claimed to have never wanted to leave Inter Milan. Wesley Sneijder Real Madrid express coach Jose Mourinho has told him to forget the transfer to Manchester United in the summer.

As is known, there are approaches Sneijder claims of United against him in the transfer market this summer but he claims his former coach at Inter, Mourinho, influenced his decision to stay in Italy.

"Mourinho called me and he asked me to stay. He has a heart for Inter and he always asked me to hang in there," Sneijder said as quoted by the Tribal Football.

"I am happy at last to survive because I never wanted to leave, so now I have not wanted to talk about Manchester United again."

In addition, Sneijder also admitted to not knowing anything related to rumors he would be exchanged for Carlos Tevez to Manchester City.

"Manchester City? I do not know anything about it. I am happy at Inter. I have a contract until 2015 and I want to respect it," he concluded.
